I have over 20 years of experience writing and editing a variety of content for healthcare organizations, including Mayo Clinic, Children’s Hospital, IBM, Change Healthcare, and several others.

In addition to my content development experience, I bring clinical knowledge and experience and education in UX design and UX writing. This combination of experience, skills, and knowledge enable me to create useful, usable content where and when it’s needed.
